My MAC Lipstick collection!

I personally believe that MAC has made a name for themselves based on their lipsticks. I'm not a MAC hoarder and I don't believe that MAC is above all else. These five lipsticks are my entire MAC lipstick collection--excluding silly which you can see here-- Their lipsticks used to be 14 dollars and now they are 15 dollars but I bought all of these at 14. Still quite a bit for lipstick, but I believe that it is worth it with MAC so I shell it out!

Swatched: MAC's Silly

Hey guys! You may recognize this from my last blog post of the things that I have bought recently. It's MAC's lipstick in Silly! When I went to my MAC counter looking for this lipstick I had no idea that it was Limited Edition and had recently come out. I just saw it on Instagram and I decided I had to have it. Silly is a bright pink Matte lipstick that is part of the Fashion sets collection. It also had a lip liner, eyeshadow, lip glass, and a nail polish.

I know you may be thinking "why does she carry so much makeup on her?" It's because I do my makeup from this bag every morning and if I use a different product I just throw it in there. I don't use all of this every day by any means. It's a little look into my favorite products!

Mally's High Shine Liquid Lipstick

Hey Adventurers! Today is a review of the item I recently received in my New Beauty Test tube. I received my tube about two weeks ago and was instantly drawn to this to try out. I don't know too much about the brand but a few people on youtube talk about them and love them. This bad boy will cost $20. As I said, I received it in my test tube so I didn't pay full price for it.

This product has a brush tip applicator--these pictures were taken when it was brand new to get the full effect of everything and to keep it in pristine condition; and who wants to see a brush coated in gloss anyway? hahaa. To get the product through the brush, you twist up the bottom. It took a pretty good minute for any product to get through the brush.

Here's a swatch of it--with flash. It has shimmer in it and quite a bit that you won't see in the tube, it surprised me actually. On the hand it was more of a stickier formula than I liked. On the lips it feels less sticky but it's still sticky and it's not something that I would run toward again. The lasting power on the lips is enough. It stays for about an hour, comes off on things and it's sticky. I know it says nothing about staying tough. But I just wanted more from this product.

Bottom line: I wouldn't purchase this product again, and I don't think I would of ever purchased this product for $20. The color is gorgeous but it's just too sticky for my liking. :/ Again, I just wanted more from this product.

July Makeup Wishlist!

1. NARS Orgasm: Blush, Multiple, and Illuminator

Basically, I went to the NARS website (https://www.narscosmetics.com) and saw the ad on the front page and well, it got me. Good Advertising NARS. I have not ever tried the Orgasm shade in anything from NARS and I love the two blushes that I have, so why not get a few more things? Make sense? No? oh.. Well... Good Advertising NARS.

2. Benefit Ultra Plush Lipgloss: Dandelion, Bella Bamba, Coralista, Hoola

I haven't heard too many things about them, I know a lot of people got them but I haven't seen any reviews on them about color pay off or anything like that and I am really interested in trying them out for myself and doing a review on them. I picked so many colors because they are all a little different and I'm really interested in Hoola because it's a nude shade. 

3. BB Cream- Clinique, Dr. Jart, Dr. Brandt.

I tried the Dr. Jart and Dr. Brandt in the Birchbox and New beauty Test tube and loved them. I'm really interested in the Clinique one because of how well known the brand is for being hypoallergenic and I'm a fan of Clinique. BB cream also isn't as heavy and foundation and I haven't been broken out by the bb cream's that I have tried so I'm on the bb cream train. 

4. Too Faced La Creme lipstick- Variety of shades.

I have fallen in love with Lipstick through MAC and Revlon, so to branch out, Too Faced seems like a good Idea, I haven't actually tried Too Faced Products before and these are New so I'd like to try these out and give them a review as well!

5. Korres Wild Rose & Vitamin C Advance Brightening Sleeping Facial

I've heard a lot about this product through many different youtubers and it sounds amazing. I'd love to give this a try, putting on Makeup at night, I'd love to see if it transfers onto pillows and make a review on this as well. This is a pretty pricey product($48) but if it's as good as everyone makes it seems, I'd love to try it out. 

MAC Fashion Sets Swatches!

Hey guys! I picked up a few things from the Fashion sets collection and I figured I would share them with you. I picked up two lip glasses and two lipsticks. Also (not from the collection) I picked up The Turquatic perfume (Which I love btw.)

The two lip glasses I got were Myth(Limited edition) and Girl about town(Also limited edition). The two lip sticks I got were Snob on the left and Girl about town on the far right. So in order it goes Snob, Girl about town, Myth, Girl about town. With the perfume in the back.

I was very surprised about the color the Snob turned out to be when swatched, It swatches a very bluish pink which I don't think it gives off in the tube. When I swatched it, I was like 'woah'. The Girl About Town lip glass is very(VERY) pigmented and I mean that. It's a very bright pink and when I wear it I feel very pale, But I feel like with some dramatic eyeliner it can be pulled off very well, I got a lot of compliments on it when I wore it yesterday and it stayed like a champ, I actually had to take wipe it off at the end of the night, so I wore it about 8 hours and it still had color. Pretty impressive if you ask me!

I don't own the Myth lipstick (yet) but I love the color it swatched as, I picked these up yesterday and so I haven't gotten to wear them yet. I was so excited about Girl About Town though I had to wear it yesterday. It is a perfect nude, which is why it is one of MAC's most popular colors. Then the last swatch is the Girl About Lipstick. The lip glass is much more pigmented than the lipstick I find, but then again the lip glass is a thicker consistency so it should be more pigmented.



Those are my first impressions of the lip products! :)

Side note about the perfume, I find it doesn't last as long as I'd like so I reapply quite often. That is all!

April Wishlist!

#1 The Victoria's secret lipgloss set, basically I really want the lipgloss in color Innocent, but I can't find it on the website so I cannot find a picture of just it. I guess it's supposed to be a dupe for Turkish Delight and I love that lip gloss so If I can get 5 for less than the price of Turkish delight, I'd be all over it.

#2 NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in the color Milk. I think this would be the perfect thing to stick on the waterline for keeping eyeshadow's to stay. I've also heard so much hype I'd love to try it out and see what its like and if I'd like it.

#3 MAC Lipstick in "Vegas Volt" I saw this in someone's video, and I absolutely fell in love with the color, it's bright but not too bright that it'll be weird to see on someone, and I think that this would be a perfect color for spring.

#4 Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara, I loved this mascara, but I thought that the non-hypoallergenic mascara's were making my eyelashes fall out and I want to see if it was actually the 24/7 Urban decay Eyeliner Pencils. This mascara made my lashes full and long and that was back when I didn't have many. I just can't be bothered to go pick it up, but I really wish I would. Hah.

#5 Macadamia Deep Repair Mask- I bought a little sample of this to try it out that I haven't used yet, but if that works I'm gonna want to get the full size. Probably off of amazon since it's only 17 dollars on there. I've heard so much hype about this also I want to try it. and I use a lot of products on my hair already, might as well add one that odds are it's gonna work.
